The Young And The Restless (Y&R) scoop for Monday, February 5 reveals Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) will argue bitterly about their son.
Also coming up, Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) will encourage Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) to come home with her. Plus, Devon Winters (Bryton James) will warn Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) about Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver). And Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) will be out of sorts.
Y&R spoilers tease Ashley will meet Traci at the bistro. “Are you sure you don’t want to go somewhere else?” she’ll ask. “This place must be very triggering.” But Ashley will say what’s triggering is being told her memory is wrong. “I looked that waiter in the eye and I know he’s lying.” Then she’ll tell Traci that Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) set her up by telling her to go there and question the waiter. However, Traci will say there’s another possibility. “That he didn’t pay them, that they’re telling the truth.”
Y&R Daily Scoop – Ashley Needs Her Peace Of Mind Back
Ashley will be taken aback that Traci is taking Tucker’s side. “He just wants to punish me, he wants to make me pay.” Traci will tell her sister the only way she can take back control is to not think about Tucker at all and let it go. “I will do everything in my power to help you,” she’ll continue. “Come on, let’s just go home.” But instead, Ashley will tell Traci she’s staying. She needs peace of mind, so she’s going to speak with a friend of hers in Paris.
At the GCAC, Devon and Nate will meet with Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) about a potential partnership. Then Audra and Tucker will come downstairs together, looking very chummy, and Nate will stare at them. Devon will notice and he’ll look perturbed.
He’ll turn to Sharon and say they still need Billy and Jill Abbott’s (Jess Walton) approval, but it’s looking good. Then Sharon will say she has to get back to the office. But of course, viewers won’t see an office, because it doesn’t exist. Instead, Sharon will head to Crimson Lights. She’ll tell Billy she was just in a meeting with Devon and Nate about the potential partnership. So, he’ll check his phone and realize he wasn’t invited.
Back at the GCAC, Tucker will tell Audra he feels closer to her than he ever has. “I feel a shift in our dynamic,” she’ll reply. “I just hope it lasts.” But Tucker will take her hand. “I meant what I said upstairs, I choose you, and all is possible.”
Meanwhile, Devon will notice Nate staring over at Audra and Tucker again. “What the hell is going on between you and Audra?” he’ll ask. Nate will say there’s nothing going on between them. “I just hate to see her get sucked in by Tucker again.” But Devon will point out Audra’s a grown woman. “The fact that she’s sitting there holding Tucker’s hand should tell you all you need to know about her.”
Young And The Restless Scoop – Billy Confronts Devon And Nate
Devon will add that having ambition is fine, as long as it doesn’t cloud his judgement. He’ll tell Nate Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) clouded his. “From what I’m seeing, I feel like Audra presents that same temptation.” They’ll return to Chancellor Winters and Billy will confront Devon about not inviting him to the meeting. But, as usual, it’ll amount to a whole lot of nothing and Billy will say he has to get to another meeting.
Finally, Chelsea will be angry when Adam calls her and insists he’s going to Connor Newman’s (Judah Mackey) school. She’ll meet him at Society and say they have to do what’s best for their son. Chelsea will add she’s spoken to the school and they think they should wait until parent’s weekend to visit Connor. But Adam will ask if he gets any say in it. “Of course you get input!” she’ll snap. “He has two parents,” Adam will reply angrily. “You don’t get to call all the shots.”
Chelsea will assume that Adam is jealous that Connor called her instead of him. “For God’s sake, Adam, he’s a kid. It’s not about you!” she’ll shout. “So no, we’re not going, it’ll put a spotlight on him and that is the last thing he needs!” Surprisingly, Adam will tell her she’s right. Then they’ll call Connor and let him know they’re there for him and will see him soon.
